Musicflatrate? Nope, but really close!
This is as close to a music flatrate as it gets! Spotify gives registred users access to all major labels music and numerous indepent labels for free! They already have an enormous amount of music online and their repertoire grows daily. The service comes in three flavors: Free, Paid an Premium. Free already gives you total access to all songs available in your country and is financed by adds, of which i haven´t seen single thing yet, all encoded in 160 kBit/s. You can upgrade for 10 € a month and get ad-free 320 kBit/s encoded music, which then will even work offline. With that service you also get an app for your android, windows or apple mobile device which will sync with your PC client. The music you like can be stored in playlists and is available on the fly once you start the program. Since Spotify isn´t available for all countries yet, you either have to set up your own proxy or use this site, where someone was so kind to program a script that logs you in frequently to make Spotify think you´re from france. More info on the Spotify homepage and on wikipedia, enjoy!
